Flexible and multifunctional The MECC Maastricht conference centre is composed of three flexible and multifunctional floors which include the lobby, or ground floor. Each floor is connected so that guests can see each other no matter where they are. This creates a transparent atmosphere. The ground level has a large number of meeting rooms which are perfect for holding meetings in combination with a seminar or workshop. If your guests are international, then the interpreter booths are at your disposal. Enter the conference centre through the Trajectum on the first floor. This is where both auditoriums are located from where you have direct access to the Expo Foyer. That makes this level perfect for combining a conference with an exhibition. The auditoriums are unique in that they can be used either separately or together. Both auditoriums are equipped with translator booths. The Expo Foyer is an inviting locale for an exhibition or pleasant dinner. The Promenade on the conference centre's second floor has 13 meeting rooms of various proportions. Every room on the second floor is flooded with natural light.


The €uro Centre
MECC Maastricht's newest conference halls are located around the Millennium Foyer and are called: Euro, Florin, Dollar and Yen. The name €uro Centre refers to the Treaty of Maastricht - the introduction of the Euro. These multifunctional rooms can be used separately or in combination. The compact nature of the €uro Centre lends an air of intimacy. Every room is flooded with natural light and can also be dimmed if desired. Due to its own sanitary and kitchen facilities, as well as the option of putting in a secretariat, the €uro Centre is highly suitable for confidential, exclusive conferences.

A wealth of combinations
MECC Maastricht's entrance hall has tills, a reception, a cash machine and flat screens where you can welcome your guests with a greeting and programme overview. The entrance hall offers access to the North Hall, the South Hall and the West Hall. These halls with a combined surface area of 27,000 m2 can be used separately or in combination. Even in combination with the Expo Foyer!


Smoke free
The MECC Maastricht building is entirely smoke free. We have, however, created a smoking zone for our guests outside.

Parking
We can offer you and your guests parking for up to 2,500 cars.
