Our restaurant Bar Bistro SAAM is located at the Forumplein in our conference centre, putting it at the heart of the Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus. It’s a great place to share knowledge and foster social interactions between the various scientific and other institutes and local companies.
At the hip Bar Bistro SAAM, our guests can enjoy a business lunch, dinner or drinks in the heart of the international Brightlands Maastricht Health Campus.
Bar Bistro SAAM is open all day Monday through Friday for lunch, drinks or dinner. Saam also offers two beautiful rooms that are suitable for smaller events and meetings. The restaurant’s event space offers opportunities for informal gatherings such as cocktail parties and receptions.

Bar Bistro SAAM is open from Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m.
Free parking:
SAAM offers a free exit ticket for our parking facilities to guests enjoying lunch or dinner. Please follow the signs for P4 for MECC Maastricht (enter Gaetano Martinolaan in your navigation app).
