HYROX Youngstars
​In addition to the regular HYROX competitions, the next generation will get a chance to shine during HYROX Youngstars. This part of the programme is specially developed for children ages 8 to 15. Youngstars is a fun and accessible way to introduce children to HYROX. They take on challenges in a combination of running, strength training and functional exercises, tailored to their age.
