This package includes:

• beamer and projection screen or Ultra HD TV (including HDMI connection)

• unlimited coffee, tea, refreshing fruit and herbal water and biscuits in the meeting room
• delicious lunch with various freshly made sandwiches, homemade soup from the chef and a refreshing salad
• soft drinks during the lunch break
• notepads and pens
• free WiFi (suitable for basic Internet use and email traffic)
• personal service from a professional Duty Manager
• free parking

Notes:

• this involves a request and not a final booking
• you will receive an automated email with the summary of your request. After this, we will start working on your request and send you the final confirmation as soon as possible
• packages including catering must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
• the standard set-up in the meeting room is a U-shape
• all prices apply to a group of 13 to 50 guests
• prices do not include BTW (VAT) and price level 2024
