Maastricht warmly invites you to the second-largest annual Dog Weekend in the Netherlands. On September 26 and 27, 2026, two International All-Breed Dog Shows will be held at MECC Maastricht. Both days will feature competitions for all dog breeds. Judging will take place across 17,000 square meters of floor space and will be conducted by 30 judges from 13 countries. In addition to the judging, there will be demonstrations and a special activity program for children. Book your weekend in the most beautiful hills of the country and enjoy long walks in our rolling landscapes with stunning views after the show.

In October 2026, Maastricht will host three days of top-level darts during the Dutch Darts Championship 2026. MECC Maastricht will be the stage for exciting matches where international top players and rising talents compete against each other. A weekend full of sport, competition, and entertainment – a must-see for all darts fans!
The European Tour consists of 15 tournaments with packed arenas, the best players in the world, and pure darts passion. Players compete for prize money, titles, and qualification for the prestigious European Darts Championship in Dortmund. Tickets for the Dutch Darts Championship in Maastricht will be available from November 2025.

- Afternoon matches: 13:00 – approx. 17:00 (doors open from 12:00)
- Evening matches: 19:00 – approx. 23:00 (doors open from 18:00)
