This package includes:
- beamer and projection screen or Ultra HD TV (including HDMI connection)

- unlimited coffee, tea, water and biscuits in the meeting room

- free WiFi (suitable for basic Internet use and email traffic)
- personal service from a professional Duty Manager
- free parking
Notes:
- this involves a request and not a final booking
- you will receive an automated email with the summary of your request. After this, we will start working on your request and send you the final confirmation as soon as possible
- packages including catering must be booked at least 48 hours in advance
- the standard set-up in the meeting room is a U-shape
- all prices apply to a group of 13 to 50 guests
- prices do not include BTW (VAT) and price level 2024
Our cancellation policy:
- we calculate the estimate for your order based on the numbers, implementation and times described. Changes in the number of guests may be communicated to us up to one week before the event. The number of guests may be adjusted downwards by a maximum of 15%;
- if you wish to cancel the event entirely and do not want to make use of any additional catering facilities, cancellation is free of charge up to five working days in advance. After this, you will be charged 100% of the amount;
- if you wish to cancel the event entirely but still want to make use of additional catering facilities, cancellation is free of charge up to fourteen working days in advance. After this, you will be charged 100% of the amount;
for events up to 50 people, you will receive an invoice from us after the event (final invoice); - our General Terms and Conditions of Rental apply.
