This package includes:

• beamer and projection screen or Ultra HD TV (including HDMI connection)
• audio
• unlimited coffee, tea, refreshing fruit and herbal water and biscuits in the meeting room
• notepads and pens
• free WiFi (suitable for basic Internet use and email traffic)
• personal service from a professional Duty Manager
• free parking

Notes:

• this involves a request and not a final booking.
• you will receive an automated email with the summary of your request. After this, we will start working on your request and send you the final confirmation as soon as possible.
• packages including catering must be booked at least 48 hours in advance.
• the standard set-up in the meeting room is a theater setup.
• all prices apply to a group of 51 to 450 guests
• prices do not include BTW (VAT) and price level 2024.
