Tickets

Where can I buy a ticket

Tickets can be ordered via the TEFAF Maastricht website.

What is the price of a ticket?

You can buy tickets both online and at the ticket desk in MECC Maastricht.

I ordered tickets online but haven't received anything yet. What can I do?

You can contact the organization of TEFAF Maastricht by sending them an email via tickets@tefaf.com. The organization of TEFAF Maastricht will assist you further.

Parking

Does the MECC offer sufficient parking facilities?

MECC Maastricht has plenty of parking areas around the building.

What does a parking pass cost?

Parking at MECC Maastricht costs €3.50 per hour or portion thereof, with a maximum of €16.00 per calendar day (first 30 minutes are free).

Where are the disabled parking spaces located?

Several of the MECC Maastricht parking facilities offer disabled parking spaces. P4 (near the main entrance) offers six disabled parking spaces and P1 has two disabled parking spaces on each storey, for a total of 12. These are located right next to the lifts. You do however need to have a disabled parking pass to use these parking spaces to avoid getting fined.

Reachability and accesibility

I would like to travel by public transport. How do I get to the MECC?

The Maastricht-Randwyck train station is 250 metres from MECC Maastricht, and is connected to an international rail network. There are also regular connections to Maastricht Central Station which is part of the (inter)national rail network. Plan your trip using the 9292 app.

Can I arrange transport in advance?

Free Shuttle Service
From 9 am to 12.20 pm and from 4 pm and 7 pm there will be a free daily shuttle service between TEFAF and the city of Maastricht.

 

Shuttle stops are:
– Bastion Hotel Boschstraat
– Busstop Mosae Forum
– Busstop Wilhelminasingel Wyck

Can I reserve a wheelchair?

Yes, MECC Maastricht has a limited number of wheelchairs available. These should be reserved in advance via frontoffice@mecc.nl or +31 (0)43-3838383.

Miscellaneous

Can I book lunch or dinner in advance?

The TEFAF Maastricht fair has different locations for catering outlets; a self-service restaurant, à la carte restaurants Rantree and Verdi, and various bars.

A catalogue/magazine can only be bought on site during TEFAF.
